How do I make a return?
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the products purchased. The products must be returned to Amarcords S.r.l., intact and complete with the original packaging, shipment back charges are under Customer responsibility and no later than 14 days from the Notice of withdrawal. To receive instructions, a written communication must be sent by e-mail addressed to email@example.com, indicating “Return request” in the subject. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of customized or personalized goods.

What should I put in the package?
You can print the following form to fill in and insert in the package to make the return. If this form is not present in the package or does not contain all the information requested, the goods will not be refunded.
When and how will I receive the refund?
We will proceed with the refund (including the first shipping costs in the case of a total return of the order) within 30 days from the date of request and in any case not before having received the return shipment and checked the status of the goods. The refund will be made with the same payment method chosen when ordering.
Is the return at my expense?
The cost and risks associated with the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. In case of shortages or bad condition of the goods, the object will not be refunded.
